Model Kepemimpinan Spiritual Dosen Pendidikan Agama Kristen terhadap Pembentukan Karakter Mahasiswa Pascasarjana STT Pontianak

This study aims to analyze the spiritual leadership model of Christian Religious Education lecturers in shaping the character and spirituality of postgraduate students at STT Pontianak. This study is motivated by the increasing need for Christian educational leadership that emphasizes not only academic competence but also spiritual maturity and character formation in theological higher education. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews, observations, and documentation of lecturers and postgraduate students at STT Pontianak. The results show that spiritual leadership is manifested through exemplary living, spiritual mentoring, servant leadership, integrity, and relational communication. The implementation of spiritual leadership makes a significant contribution to the formation of discipline, responsibility, spiritual awareness, academic integrity, and commitment to student service. This study concludes that spiritual leadership is a strategic model in strengthening Christian character formation in theological higher education institutions. This study provides a theoretical contribution to the development of Christian educational leadership studies and a practical contribution to strengthening spiritual formation in theological institutions.
