Pemberdayaan Perempuan Kepala Keluarga Komunitas "Bunda Sehati" Palangka Raya

Women with the initial task of taking care of the household and educating children, now have an additional role as single parents or often called women heads of families. The “Bunda Sehati” Palangka Raya community consists of women who have the same basis of experiences and feelings as the head of the family who struggle and are responsible for maintaining family life. Through the implementation of this Community Service activity, the expected condition is to empower women heads of families so that they can overcome the economic challenges they face and improve the quality of life by focusing on the development of Human Resources. The result of the activity is a social change in the form of increasing the Human Resources of the “Bunda Sehati” Palangka Raya community, namely through increasing intellectual ability, skill proficiency so that innovative initiatives and abilities are formed to usher in independence. Women heads of families have the skills to increase their access to decent and sustainable work and are able to increase family income and economic stability.
